Set your oven or smoker to 130˚C.

Slice the pork ribs into individual pieces.

Use Grill Society Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce sauce as a binder and season with Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub.

Place the ribs onto a wire rack and put into the smoker for 1-2 hours.

Remove and place into a tray and coat in more Grill Society Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce and wrap in foil until the ribs are probe tender.

Remove from the oven/smoker and discard the foil, top with more Grill Society Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce and place back in for 10-20 minutes or until the sauce is caramelised.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Dig in.
