Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 125˚C.

  1. Butterfly and trim into long strips.

  1. Place into the smoker for 1-2 hours or until they have some nice colour.

  2. Remove from the smoker, place into a foil tray, coat generously with Grill Society Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce.

  3. Cover with foil and put back into the smoker until the Country Ribs are fully probe tender.

  4. Rest for 5 minutes, then eat!

    Dig in!
