Preheat your smoker to 125˚C.
Butterfly and trim into long strips.
Season with Grill Society Roast-tacular BBQ Rub.
Place into the smoker for 1-2 hours or until they have some nice colour.
Remove from the smoker, place into a foil tray, coat generously with Grill Society Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce.
Cover with foil and put back into the smoker until the Country Ribs are fully probe tender.
Rest for 5 minutes, then eat!
Dig in!
