HOT HONEY SPINACH COB LOAF

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker or oven to 180˚C.

  1. Remove the top of the cob loaf, hollow out the inside into small pieces and place onto a tray.

  1. Combine the cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano cheese, spinach, Grill Society Texas Style BBQ Rub, french onion soup mix and ham – mix well.

  1. Place mixture into the hollowed cob loaf and spread evenly.

  1. Drizzle with hot honey and top with the remaining cheese and more Grill Society Texas Style BBQ Rub.

  1. Place into the oven or smoker until brown and the cheese has melted throughout.

    Rest for 5 minutes.
