Cut the tops off the jalapeños and hollow out.

Combine the cream cheese, cheese, bacon and Grill Society Hunter BBQ Rub.

Stuff the jalapeños with the mixture and place into the freezer.

Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, Grill Society Hunter BBQ Rub, milk and 1 egg.

Dip the jalapeños into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Dig in.
