JALAPENO POPPER SAUSAGE ROLLS

Instructions

  1. Dice jalapeños and chives.

  2. Mix together cream cheese with the jalapños and chives and combine Grill Society Chicago Steak BBQ Rub.

  3. Once combined, add in grated cheese and mix again.

  4. In another bowl, combine the mince, egg, Grill Society Chicago Steak BBQ Rub and Grill Society Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce.

  5. Lay out puff pastry and spread mince mixture – leave a channel through the middle and top with the cream cheese. Roll tightly and cut to size.

  6. Prick with a fork and brush with eggwash.

  7. Place into a tray and put into the oven/smoker at 180˚C until golden brown/74˚C internal.

    Dig in.
