MAPLE BACON OREO CHRISTMAS CRACK

Instructions

  1. Place maple bacon on a wire rack and season with Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub.

  1. Put into the smoker at 135˚C and smoke until caramelised.

  2. Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar into a hot pan and boil for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Lay out the Salada biscuits into a baking paper-lined tray.

  4. Pour over caramel, place back into the smoker for 10 minutes.

  5. Melt the milk chocolate, chop the Oreos and bacon.

  6. Pour over a light layer of chocolate over the bottom, spread evenly.

  7. Top with the bacon and Oreo.

  8. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.

  9. Place into the fridge for 4-6 hours or until cold and hard.

  10. Break into pieces.

    Dig in!
