Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken Breasts with Grill Society Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce for at least 3 hours.

  2. Get your grill nice and hot with an offset fire, having a direct cooking zone and an indirect cooking zone.

  3. Grill each side of the chicken breasts until you get a nice solid sear. Move them to the indirect cooking zone, and cook until 69 degree celsius internal, glazing the chicken in the marinade every 5 mins.

  4. Set aside and rest for 10 minutes.

  5. Ready for serve.
