Ingredients
  • 1 kg Barramundi Fillets (Skin-off)
  • 2 tbsp Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • Sea Salt Flakes
  • Pepper
  • Oil (For Frying Pan)
  • Burnt Butter Sauce
  • 50 g Butter (Unsalted)
  • 2 tsp Dijon (Mustard)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Garnish
  • Capers
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Lemon Slices
  • Sea Salt Flakes
  • Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle flour, Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub, salt and pepper on each side of the fish fillets.

  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat and before adding fish to the pan shake of excess coating. Pan fry fish for a 2-3 minutes on each side. Place on a paper towel.

  3. Place butter in a small saucepan on medium heat and melt the butter till it turns brown. Take off heat and whisk in lemon juice and Dijon mustard.

  4. Place fish fillets on a serving plate and pour over the burnt butter sauce, sprinkle on garnish ingredients and serve 👩🏽‍🍳
