Chop capsicum and onions and cook on the flat top with a little bit of oil until soft.

Slice the beef thinly and place on the flat top with some Grill Society Salt, Pepper, Garlic BBQ Rub.

Top with sliced swiss cheese and combine, then move to a plate to cool.

Lay out spring roll wrapper, place mixture on the top quarter and half a slice of cheese and roll the top, sides and roll to the bottom of the mixture, add a little water to the bottom corner of the sprint roll wrapper to stick when rolling.

Deep fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Dig in.
