Set smoker to 125˚C.

Lay out the bacon onto a wire rack.

Brush over with Grill Society Signature BBQ Sauce.

Sprinkle with Grill Society Just Grillin’ BBQ Rub.

Top with brown sugar and jalapeños.

Smoke for 1-2 hours or until the bacon is dark in colour and cooked through.

Rest for 10-20 minutes to harden.
