Instructions

  1. Set smoker to 125˚C.

  2. Lay out the bacon onto a wire rack.

  3. Top with brown sugar and jalapeños.

  4. Smoke for 1-2 hours or until the bacon is dark in colour and cooked through.

  5. Rest for 10-20 minutes to harden.

    Dig in!
