Season T-Bone with Grill Society Jack Of All… BBQ Rub then place to the side.

Chop Thai basil, coriander, parsley, spring onion, red onion, red chillies, and cucumber and place into a bowl.

Add fish sauce, lime and sugar while stirring.

Cook the steak hot and fast until it reaches an internal temperature of 50ËšC then rest.

Add mixed leafy greens and fried shallots to the salad mix.

Slice the steak and assemble on top of the salad in a bowl.
Dig in.
