Score lines in a ham leg and push one whole clove into the centre of each score diamond.
Place the ham on a wire rack in a roasting pan and brush with Grill Society Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce.
Wrap the shank in foil. Bake, basting with sauce every 15 minutes, for 1 1/4 hours or until the ham caramelises and is golden brown.
Set aside for 15 minutes to cool slightly.
