Charred Corn & Chorizo Queso Dip

  1. Set smoker to 200c.

  2. Char the chorizo, corn and jalapenos.

  3. Chop the tomato, red onion, coriander, chorizo, corn and jalapenos. Then add to a foil tray.

  4. Add cream cheese, grated cheese, lime juice, Grill Society Texas Style BBQ Rub and Grill Society Kickin’ Hot Sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Place in the smoker, check every 10 minutes to stir and make sure nothing is burning or sticking.

  6. Remove once everything is melted and incorporated.

  7. Serve with Tortilla chips.
