Crispy Chicken Tenders
Place chicken slices into buttermilk marinade and allow to sit for a minimum of an hour.
Place a few tbl of the buttermilk marinade into the flour mix and mix with your fingers. This will create crumbly bits in the flour mix and when the chicken is crumbed it will give it the crispy texture. Take individual pieces of chicken from the buttermilk marinade and place in flour mix. Pat the piece of chicken down firmly so the mix attaches nicely.
Heat your oil to 180 degrees Celsius and slowly place your chicken in, be careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry chicken pieces for 2-3mins on each side until brown. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve 👩🏽🍳
