Chicago Steak Meatballs

  1. In a bowl add 500g beef mince, 4 tbspn Grill Society Chicago Steak BBQ Rub, ½ cup bread crumbs and 1 egg. Mix together.
  2. Roll mix into ball shapes.

  3. Cook on BBQ and serve with Grill Society Original Tennessee BBQ Sauce for dipping.
