Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Put the pork in a bowl and add Grill Society Texas Style BBQ Rub, apple cider vinegar, and fish sauce. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight.

  2. Remove the pork from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking, and preheat the barbecue to the highest heat setting 15 minutes before grilling.

  3. Grill the pork chops, cooking each side for approximately five minutes. Thicker pieces may require a bit more time. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 65 degrees Celsius.
