Set smoker to 150˚C.

Smoke until the internal temperature hits at least 64˚C.

Assemble the bun with some Grill Society Tennessee Original BBQ Sauce, lettuce, beef patty, onion and some more Grill Society Tennessee Original BBQ Sauce.
