Korean Pork Ribs

Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 4 hour Rest Time 5 min Total Time 4 hrs 15 mins



  1. Set smoker to 150c

  2. Season the ribs with the Grill Society Just Grillin’ BBQ Rub. Smoke until the ribs have some really nice mahogany colour.

  3. Make the sauce – combine the Grill Society Signature BBQ Sauce, honey, soy sauce and gochujang and blend well.

  4. Lay the ribs on two sheets of foil, and pour the sauce over with some more pineapple juice.

  5. Wrap tightly and put back in the smoker, checking every 45-60mins until they are probe tender.

  6. Open the foil and leave in the smoker, brush on the excess sauce and smoke for another 10-15 minutes.

  7. Rest for 5 minutes.
