Pork Loin Chops

Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 25 min Rest Time 15 min Total Time 50 mins




  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.

  2. Generously coat each side of the pork with multigrain mustard and Grill Society Jack of All BBQ Rub.
  3. Use a skillet to brown each side of the csabai and set aside.
    Sear each side of the pork for a couple minutes or until browned.

  4. Pour stock into pan and place in the oven for ten minutes. Once removed from the oven set aside the pork chops to rest. Add the thickened cream to remaining juices in the skillet and reduce till a thick consistency. Season to taste, garnish with Parmesan and herbs and enjoy 👩🏽‍🍳
