Coat pork with Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub, cook in a deep pot until browned all over.

Fill pot with cloudy apple juice so whole pork is covered, bring to the boil, then allow to simmer until pork is soft and easily pulls apart.

Strain apple juice away and in a tray pull pork using 2 forks.

Sprinkle pulled pork with Grill Society Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub, add a big drizzle of Grill Society Tennessee Original BBQ Sauce and toss through.

Serve in a roll with coleslaw grated apple and a drizzle of Grill Society Tennessee Original BBQ Sauce.
