Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan-forced).
Take your Beef spare ribs and arrange them in a foil tray. Pour beef stock and orange juice over the ribs. Sprinkle generously with the Grill Society Just Grillin’ BBQ Rub and garlic. Then, securely wrap everything with foil.

  2. Place the tray in the oven and cook for a total of 3 hours, remembering to flip the ribs over at the halfway point.

  3. Pour the juices into a small saucepan and simmer until they thicken. Then, add the Grill Society Sweet Honey BBQ Glaze.

  4. Turn your barbecue to the highest heat setting. Dip the ribs into the sticky sauce and place them directly onto the barbecue. Keep in mind that the ribs are already fully cooked, and you're grilling them on the barbecue just to achieve those appetizing grill marks. This should only take a couple of minutes on each side and will enhance the flavor of the ribs.

  5. For the finishing touches, garnish with a sprinkle of Just Grillin seasoning and the zest of the orange. Now, it's time to enjoy your meal!
